Ashland 4th of July Independence Parade & Celebration Activities: The parade starts at 11am, downtown Ashland; Ice Cream Social from 10am-1pm, Courthouse lawn: ice cream, and brats/hot dogs from the Lions Club, from 10am until 1pm. Upper 13 League Baseball. C & S Design @ Ashland Merchants 1:30pm. Pufall Field. The Ashland Historical Society will be doing a Cemetery Walk at Mt Hope Cemetery from 2-4p.m. Chequamegon Bay Concert Band play at Memorial Park at 8pm; In case of rain, concerts will be moved to Northland College, Alvord theatre. Fire Run at 9:45pm, Ashland Fireworks following the Fire Run, overlooking the Chequamegon Bay.
